SEOpersayan ("we") runs an AI service that writes and publishes SEO articles for your business. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect, who processes it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Contact us any time at seopersayan@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account data. Your email address, used to create your account and sign you in. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google, never your password.
• Business information you enter. Business name, location and service area, industry, what you sell, your audience, your brand voice, topics to avoid, key themes, links and any other knowledge you save in the app. This is the material the engine writes from.
• Site content you connect. If you connect a website (WordPress, Ghost, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, a webhook or an RSS feed), we read the pages and settings needed to understand your brand and to publish articles, and we store the credentials or API keys you provide for that connection.
• Generated content. The articles we produce for you, plus your approval, rejection and publishing actions.
• Usage and device data. Pages visited, features used, errors, approximate location from IP, browser and device type.
• Payment metadata. Plan, invoice IDs, billing status and the last four digits of your card, received from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

To run your account, generate and publish your articles, bill you, provide support, keep the service secure, and send you account and product emails. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your content to train third-party models beyond what is needed to generate your own output.

Who processes your data

• Stripe processes payments and subscriptions.
• Supabase hosts our database, authentication and file storage.
• Meta Pixel and cookies measure our advertising and site analytics. The Pixel only loads after you accept the cookie notice.
• DeepSeek, OpenAI and fal.ai are our AI subprocessors. Your business information and article prompts are sent to them strictly to produce your text and images.
• Resend delivers transactional and product email.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Analytics and advertising cookies (including the Meta Pixel) load only after you press "Got it" on the cookie notice. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser, or by emailing us.

How long we keep it

We keep account and business data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons (typically billing records for up to 7 years). Articles already delivered to your account stay yours under our Articles Forever policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, export it in a portable format, or delete it entirely. You can also object to or restrict certain processing. Email seopersayan@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK or California, these rights are guaranteed to you under the GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA.

International transfers

Our processors may run servers outside your country. When data leaves the EU or UK, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to the people who need it, and publishing credentials are stored encrypted. No system is perfect, so if a breach affects you we will tell you without undue delay.

Children

SEOpersayan is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and email account holders.
