Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SEOpersayan. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them. Plain English, no legalese theatre.

The service

SEOpersayan generates SEO articles for your business using AI, one article per day per active language, and publishes them to the destination you connect (WordPress, Ghost, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, a webhook, an RSS import, or manual export). Base Form covers one language, Ascended two, Legendary five. Extra languages can be added at $24.50/mo each, up to the ceiling of your plan. We may improve models, prompts and features over time, as long as the core promise stays the same.

Your content, your responsibility

Once an article is delivered to your account it is yours: copy it, edit it, publish it, reuse it, no strings. In exchange, you are responsible for what goes public under your name. Review every article before it ships, especially in regulated niches (health, legal, finance), where approval is locked on and nothing can be auto-published. You also confirm that the business information, links and credentials you give us are yours to share.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

Blog plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Website builds are one-time charges. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, never mid-period.

14-day money-back guarantee

If SEOpersayan is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no interrogation. The guarantee applies once per customer, to your first subscription payment. Website builds are refundable until production starts, which is when you submit the brief.

Articles Forever

Every article we already delivered stays yours even if you cancel. We do not retract, unpublish or paywall past output. What stops on cancellation is new production.

Acceptable use

You may not use SEOpersayan to produce content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexual involving minors, infringing on someone else's intellectual property, or intended to impersonate another person or business. You may not resell raw access to the engine, attempt to reverse engineer it, or attack our infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break this, with a pro-rata refund of any unused period unless the breach was deliberate.

No guarantees on rankings

SEO compounds over months and depends on your market, your site and Google. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue. What we guarantee is consistent, high-quality daily output for the languages on your plan.

Availability

We aim for continuous service but do not promise uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, provider outages and force majeure happen. If our engine misses days of output because of us, we extend your period accordingly.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost rankings or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we update the date above and notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
